QUALITY POLICY


Since the establishment of our group, we have always considered quality to be the real engine of progress. Our numerous certifications, proof of the commitment of all of our teams, have never been regarded as an end but rather as a starting point. Since the early 2000s, we have created a Quality Management System (QMS) with a monthly report provided via our Executive Committee in order to be as responsive as possible.

The overall performance of our sites and the achievement of our goals are well monitored monthly. The performance of our QMS has enabled us, among others, to halve our Cost of Non Quality (CONQ) between 2008 and 2013 while increasing productivity by 30% over the same period.

Despite these results, we will continue to set increasingly ambitious targets each year. To do this, we give ourselves the human, technical and financial resources required to achieve our goals.
